Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Minto Mall, participating retailers, Centre Management, and agencies or companies associated with this promotion, together with their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. 3. The promotion commences on Monday 17th August 2026 and closes at the end of trade on Sunday 6th September 2026. The winner will be drawn at 9:00am on Monday 7th September 2026 at Minto Mall Centre Management. 4. To enter, shoppers must spend $30 or more in a single transaction at any participating specialty retailer, or $80 or more in a single transaction at Kmart or Woolworths within Minto Mall during the promotional period. Entrants must write their full name, contact number and suburb on the back of their original receipt and place it in the promotional entry barrel located within Minto Mall. 5. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each eligible purchase requires a separate entry. Only one (1) prize will be awarded to any one person. 6. The prize consists of: 1 x Jumbuck Horizon 4 Burner Gas Trolley BBQ, valued at $349 1 x Meat Tray, valued at $99, courtesy of Farmland Meats 1 x Anko Heavy Duty Tongs from Kmart, valued at $5 1 x Green Chambray Apron from Kmart, valued at $8 Please note: The meat tray pictured in promotional material is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the exact meat tray received by the winner. The prize will be of equal value as specified in these Terms and Conditions. 7. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be provided unless determined by the Promoter. 8. The winner will be contacted by phone using the details provided on the winning entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 9. The winner must collect the prize from Minto Mall Centre Management during Centre Management office hours. The winner must present valid photo identification matching the details provided on the winning entry before the prize is released. 10. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have a photograph taken at Minto Mall Centre Management for promotional purposes. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Minto Mall permission to use their name and/or photograph for promotional purposes. 11. Entries containing copied, forged, altered, damaged, illegible or tampered receipts will be deemed invalid. 12. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the outcome of the promotion. 13. If, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion and/or substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. 14. If the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct a redraw 21 days after the original draw date at the same location. The redraw winner will be contacted by phone using the details provided on their entry. 15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize. 16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Personal information collected will be used for the administration of this promotion and may be used by Minto Mall for future marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the entrant.
