Entry into the promotion is deemed an acknowledgement of these Terms and Conditions.

• Eligibility:
  • This competition is open to NSW residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Minto Mall, their agencies, companies associated with the promotion, and Minto Mall retailers, staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• How to Enter:
  • To enter the competition, spend $30 or more at any of the participating specialty stores, or $80 or more at Kmart or Woolworths at Minto Mall.
  • Collect and retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Submit your receipt in the designated competition barrel located at Minto Mall.
  • Please write your full name, suburb and contact number.
  • Receipts must be dated between Monday June 17th, 2024, and Sunday August 11th, 2024.
• Entry Requirements:
  • Only receipts from participating retailers at Minto Mall are eligible for entry.
  • Each valid receipt counts as one entry into the competition.
  • Multiple entries will be accepted.
  • Receipts must be legible and include the date of purchase, the name of the participating Minto Mall retailer, and the amount spent.
  • Any entry made with copied, forged, mutilated or tampered with receipts will be deemed void.
  • Participants must write their full name, suburb and contact number.
• Prize:
  • The prize is a gold bar from the Perth Mint $2,400 (at time of purchase).
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• Draw and Winner Notification:
  • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Monday August 12th, 2024 at noon.
  • The winner will be notified via phone within five business days of the draw.
  • The winner must consent to their likeness being featured on Minto Mall’s assets as evidence of the competition’s conclusion and the winner’s selection.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within ninety days of notification, a redraw will be conducted.
• General Conditions:
  • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Minto Mall reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that are deemed to be fraudulent.
  • Minto Mall reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • The decision of Minto Mall regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
• Privacy:
  • Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
  • Participants’ personal information will not be shared with third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
  • Minto Mall may enter personal information (ie. names and other similar information) relating to each entrant into a data base used for future marketing purposes.
• Limitation of Liability:
  • Minto Mall is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or any other issues that may arise during the competition.
  • Minto Mall will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or the prize.

By participating in the “Go for Gold” competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
